The project has a total investment of about 22 trillion dong, equivalent to $ 1 billion. Project progress begins in 2017 and completion in 2030. Phase 1, WHA Hemaraj Nghe An IP was approved by the Prime Minister in investment policy in Decision No. 581 / QD-TTg dated May 21, 2017. The investment project covers an area of 498 hectares in order to build a modern and synchronous industrial zone infrastructure and clean land fund to attract domestic and foreign investors to invest and do business. Total investment of this stage is 92.2 million USD. Hemaraj Industrial Park will create many jobs for local workers and neighboring areas, creating more revenue for the budget, contributing to economic restructuring towards increasing industrial production, pushing up accelerate the process of industrialization and modernization of Nghe An.
