The investor of the project is Messer Haiphong Industrial Gas Company Limited (a 100% foreign owned company) belonging to the Messer Group of Germany – the world’s leading corporation with more than 100 years of experience in the field of liquefied petroleum gas At present, Messer is building a third gas separation plant with a capacity of 10,000Nm3 / hr in Hiep Son commune, Kinh Mon district, Hai Duong province, which is also the largest gas separation plant in Vietnam. With the experience of cooperation between Messer Company and Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company when construction phase II of Messer Gas Plant in Hai Duong in 2013. Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company continues to receive trust and trust of the investor and have been selected as the design and construction of the main items of the third gas separation plant with the items include construction of cooling water station, chemical house, pump house, ladder to tank, foundation of compressor, foundation of compressor, pipe support system and steel structure of the compressor plant, the pipe rack system attached is the additional appendices of the work born. The total contract value of items and appendices is up to nearly 30 billion. Basic items have been completed. In particular, the item “Construction of cooling water station, chemical house, pump house, elevator to the tank” has completed nearly 90% of workload. The remaining items are in the stage of structural processing. Although there are unfavorable weather conditions during construction time, the construction staff of the company always exceeds all difficulties to try to complete the progress that the owner out.
